How can we customize response types in the checklist if needed?

This article details how can we change the response types on the checklist

Earlier we had following responses for a checklist questions:
Ok, Not Ok, NA
Pass, Fail, NA
Hour Meter
Text 
Numeric

1. Since we had NA, the operator had an option to bypass the question by selecting NA
2. Hence, we have added more responses without NA where the operator has to provide a definite answer.
3. Following are the responses type available under checklist while defining a new checklist or editing the checklist:

OK, NOT OK, NA
OK, NOT OK
Yes, No, NA
Yes, No
Pass, Fail, NA
Pass, Fail
Text
Numeric
Meter Reading (Optional)
Meter Reading (Required)
