Not able to login after the recent software update.

The purpose of this article is to explain the procidure to perform a manual sync if you are not able to login after the recent software update.

Our new software build Cloud V 2.0 and Android V 1.4 was released recently on Feb 26th at 0000 hrs. Some of our customers have reported problems while logging in a few of their forklifts. Here are the steps that will help your resolve this problem.

Whats needed?

  1. Presence of the affected forklift in an area with good cellular connectivity or a good Wi-Fi Connection.
  2. Anyone with Admin credentials (Account Admin or Worksite Admin). If you need help with your Admin credentials, please contact SIERA.AI Technical Support at support@siera.ai.

Procidure to solve the problem:

  1. Tap on the three dots on the top right corner.
  2. Log in using your admin credentials (Your email address and password)
  3. Tap on the first option "Sync Device" (First option in the menu).
Let the Sync get complete. After that the operators should be able to login.
