The purpose of this article is to explain the procidure to perform a manual sync if you are not able to login after the recent software update.
Our new software build Cloud V 2.0 and Android V 1.4 was released recently on Feb 26th at 0000 hrs. Some of our customers have reported problems while logging in a few of their forklifts. Here are the steps that will help your resolve this problem.
Whats needed?
- Presence of the affected forklift in an area with good cellular connectivity or a good Wi-Fi Connection.
- Anyone with Admin credentials (Account Admin or Worksite Admin). If you need help with your Admin credentials, please contact SIERA.AI Technical Support at support@siera.ai.
Procidure to solve the problem:
- Tap on the three dots on the top right corner.
- Log in using your admin credentials (Your email address and password)
- Tap on the first option "Sync Device" (First option in the menu).
Let the Sync get complete. After that the operators should be able to login.
