What is the Data Retention Period for the data on cloud?

• Data is retained for an initial period of 12 months and thereafter it is retained for the duration of the subscription. 
• If a paid subscription ends or is terminated, SIERA.AI retains customer data stored in a limited-function account for 90 days to enable the customer to extract the data. After the 90-day retention period ends, SIERA.AI disables the account and deletes the customer data.
