This article helps you understand the general settings on the dashboard and do tasks like managing the password policy, organisation account preferences, personal user profile prefrences etc.
You can customise your general settings as per your needs.
General settings can be found in the Settings menue in the navigation panel along with the system settings.
Path to access general settings:
Settings (in the left hand side navigation panel) >> General Settings.
General Settings have two options called Account Settings and User Settings.
Account Settings have options that impact the whole organisation account so it is accesible only to the Account owner. It has the following sub-settings:
- Account Profile: Here you can make changes to your Organisation's profile (Company Name, Time Zone, Company logo etc
- Password Policy: Here you can customise the passwod policy applicable on your account as per the guidelines of your IT team. Click here to see how to use this feature.
- MFA: Here you can enable or disable Multifactor Authentication.
User Settings have options which are specific to you. So everyone who has access to dashboard can open these. It has the following sub-settings:
- User Profile: Here you can make changes to your account information (your name or your email address)
- Change Password: Here you can change your password.
- Change PIN: Here you can change your PIN.
