Would a failed response to a question in the check list cause the forklift to lock?

The purpose of this article is to answer the question that whether marking a checklist question as "Not OK" will cause the forklift to lock or not.

Whether or not the forklift would get locked depends on two dashboard settings:

1) Criticality of the question: In the checklist editor, we have an option to declare whether marking that question failed should mark the whole checklist as failed or not.

As shown in the figure below, if the highlighted toggle switch is turned on then the checklist would be marked as failed if the answer to the question is "Not OK". For details please watch the video in the article: how-to-add-a-new-checklist.

2) Access control settings: If the toggle switch highlighted below is turned on then the forklift will get locked for every failed inspection. For details please check the article: what-is-access-control-and-how-to-use-it.

So to lock out an asset, both condition needs to be fulfilled, i.e the inspection should fail and the setting under access control scenario to be turned ON.
